What are your rates?

Our labor charge can vary depending on what you need. For long projects like data transfers, or repairs we do often (and can do quickly) like an iPhone screen repair, we will charge you a flat rate. For troubleshooting, hardware repairs or consulting we typically charge an hourly rate. Once we've spoken to you (an initial phone consultation is always free) we can give you an estimate. Parts are charged on an as-needed basis. We will ALWAYS let you know parts cost before ordering!

We try to be flexible and work within your budget. If your computer died and you’re on a tight deadline, you’re already under enough stress! The sooner your call the easier it is for us to get there quickly and charge you a lower rate! Our #1 goal is to fix your Mac and make you happy! Really!

Are you really available 24/7?

Yes, we really are! If no one answers our hotline please leave a message. We’re probably on with another customer. You wouldn’t believe how many people have Mac problems in the middle of the night! (Or maybe you would if you’re frantically reading this at 3AM.)

How do I pay?

We accept PayPal, all major credit cards, and of course cash. You can pay us on-site or through our website.

Can I bring my computer or camera to you?

We’re a mobile repair company, so we don’t have a retail store. That’s one of the ways we’re able to keep our overhead so low and offer such affordable repair prices. We’re always happy to pick up your computer and bring it back to our shop if you’d prefer!

GoPro users outside of Los Angeles can ship their cameras for repair. Please contact us for details.

Are you licensed?

Absolutely! All technicians are Apple Certified Mac and iOS technicians, which means we've all been trained directly by Apple Computers and passed their certification for both Macintosh (laptop and desktop) products as well as iPhones and iPads.

In addition, we have a Seller's Permit, are fully insured, and registered with both the State of California and City of Los Angeles. We're also registered with the California Bureau of Electronic and Appliance Repair through the Department of Consumer Affairs to repair electronics (Reg #91432).

If you'd like, we'll be happy to provide copies of any of our licenses and registrations for your records.
